The 1914 schedule includes the Cincinnati Indianapolis & Western’s line from Hamilton to Springfield which was operated by the CH&D during that time. The CI&W became independent during 1915, so it is not included in the 1917 book. Operations between the two companies appear to have remained well coordinated, however.
It is also interesting to see how integrated the CH&D schedules are with the B&O. The B&O would acquire the CH&D at the end of 1917.
